1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ky9 platform and all its services. By visiting the ky9 website (ky9.cam), creating an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on ky9, the user must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be opened from countries where online gaming is completely prohibited.

Registration Information

The name, email address, mobile number, and other information you provide at registration must be true and your own. If false or incomplete information is provided, ky9 reserves the right to close the account and confiscate deposited funds at any time.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ky9 may at any time request your National ID (NID), passport, or other official documents to verify your identity. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until this verification is completed. This process is essential to ensure a safe and responsible gaming environment.

3 Age Policy

ky9 is a 21+ platform. This service is open only to those aged 21 or above. It is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 21 to open an account.

If it is proven that a user opened an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be confiscated. ky9 is committed to protecting minors.

4 Account Security

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

• The name on the account requesting withdrawal and the payment method must be the same.
• If there is an active bonus on the account, wagering must be completed before withdrawal.
• ky9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6 Bonus and Promotion Rules

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you may withdraw after placing bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

• Bonuses are for personal use only — they cannot be transferred to others.
• Two people from the same household or the same IP address cannot claim the same bonus at the same time.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit to meet the bonus requirements.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.

Other Promotions

7 Fair Play and Fraud Prohibited

ky9 is a fair play platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in account closure and fund confiscation:

• One person operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Intentionally attempting to exploit any game error or bug.
• Collusion or playing in coordination with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Claiming bonuses with false information.
